Here’s everything you need to know about sessions rates and the support we offer to make healing possible.
It all starts with you.
Scheduling is flexible here at the Ranch- we want to ensure your goals are attainable. Programs are conducted on a rolling basis and can take place during times that are most convenient to you. Session slots can fill fairly quickly, so don’t wait to get yourself or your group on the schedule!

Session Rates
Since opening in 2007, Blended Spirits Ranch has helped countless people find the connection needed to transform their lives in our equine assisted programs.
We are always happy to tailor a Workshop to a specific team, group, or club - just send us your ideas!

EAP incurs two separate costs- the Therapist’s Rate and the Barn Fee. Most health insurance companies cover the cost of the therapist, but the Barn Fee is generally not included.
Barn Fees cover the cost of horse care, inclusion of an equine specialist as part of the therapy team, materials, facilities use, and administrative items.
Barn Fees:
60-minute Session - $75.00

The programs designed for various specialties (Foundations, Operation Stable Ground, Unbroken, etc) incur a Barn Fee cost per session depending on group size.
Individual Session 60-minute - $75.00 per session
Small Group / Family (2-6 clients) 2-hour - $300 per session
Large Group (7-12 clients) 2-hour - $550 per session

Corporate outings, team building, group outings, or tailored workshops incur Barns Fees at a flat rate per group.
Group Workshops:
1-2 hours - $300.00 per group
3-4-hours - $550.00 per group

Many of our generous donors designate the programs in which they would like to support- these endowments are transformed in scholarships to widen accessibility for interested clients.
